摘要
香兰素、盐酸羟胺和氢氧化钠为原料,经肟化,氢气还原及盐酸成盐反应得到香兰素胺盐酸盐.分别考察了反应的溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对收率的影响.产品经过液相色谱、熔点、傅里叶红外、核磁共振氢谱等测试工具表征得以确认.此合成方法具有条件温和、操作简单、安全性高、产品收率高的特点,可以进行工业化放大.
Vanillylamine hydrochloride is synthesized in a new process by using vanillin,hydroxylamine and sodiumhydroxide as the raw materials via the processes of oximation,hydrogen reduction and hydrochloric acid salificationreaction. Influence of the reaction solvent,the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the yield are investigated.The product structure is characterized by HPLC,Melting point,IR and NMR. The new synthetic method has theadvantages of simple process,high security,mild reaction condition,high product yield and can be potentiallyutilized in industrial amplification.
