摘要
新型工业化是一种具有创新思维的工业化模式,对社会经济发展乃至整个人类文明的进步有着重要作用。非洲国家整体经济水平落后,通过推行新型工业化来摆脱贫困,谋求国家经济的振兴,对于非洲经济未来的发展、综合实力的提升有着至关重要的作用。文章首先分析了非洲国家推行新型工业化的现实基础,认为非洲国家整体工业化水平低下,工业化进程不同,且国家之间工业化水平差异较大,工业化道路具有不同的特征。其次分析了非洲国家推行新型工业化的压力和动力,认为非洲国家走新型工业化道路有其内在的可持续发展的诉求,也有来自国际社会的帮助和支持的动力,还有来自自身技术水平提升的需求。最后提出了非洲国家新型工业化模式的选择原则及实现路径。
As a kind of industrial development model with innovative thinking,the new road to industrialization plays an important role in the development of social economy and the progress of human civilization. The overall economic level in Africa is relatively backward,thus to get rid of poverty and seek the revitalization of the national economy through a new road to industrialization is of great importance to the economic future of Africa and to enhancing the comprehensive strength of African countries. This paper first analyzes the realistic basis of implementing the new road to industrialization of African countries,and holds that African countries in general have low level of industrialization,different industrialization processes,big differences in industrialization level,and different characteristics in industrialization. Second,it analyzes the power and pressure of implementing the new road to industrialization,claiming that African countries follow the new road to industrialization with its inherent demands of sustainable development,the impetus of help and support from the international community,and from their own demand for enhancing their own technological level. On that basis,it finally puts forward the principles for African countries to select a new road to industrialization,and conceives the new road to industrialization in African countries and the pathways to realize it.
