摘要
目的:探讨《脾胃论》中药物性味配伍和疗效的关系。方法:对《脾胃论》以及相关文献进行研究,分析原著中所有方剂的药物分类以及关联性,进一步阐述药物的性味配伍方法。结果:《脾胃论》中药物性味的配伍多为辛甘苦并用,能够起到补脾升举阳气、泻阴火、疏肝理气、除湿热、行气止痛、散结消痞等方面的作用。结论:《脾胃论》中药物性味配伍主要是辛甘苦并用,并根据以脾胃为中心的四时五脏辨证用药体系进行组方。
Objective： To investigate relationship between the compatibility of TCM medicine in Piwei Lun and the efficacy. Methods： Piwei Lun and associated literatures were studied, and classification and relevance of TCM medicine in all prescriptions were analyzed; methods of the compatibility of TCM medicine were expounded further. Results： The compatibility of the TCM medicine in Piwei Lun mainly showed the effects of Gan, Xin and Ku simultaneously, played roles of Bupi Shengyang, Xie Yinhuo, Shugan Liqi, Chu Shi＇re, Xingqi Zhitong, Sanjie Xiaopi, ect.. Conclusion： Compatibility of the TCM medicine in Piwei Lun mainly showed the effects of Gan, Xin and Ku simultaneously. According to Sishi Wuzang diagnosis and prescription system, centered on Pi and Wei, TCM prescription was established.
