摘要
现有文献对城乡收入差距进行了广泛的研究,但对劳动力流动与城乡收入差距间关系的研究还比较少,在前人研究的基础上进一步针对性地分析了劳动力流入和流出两种流动模式对当地城乡收入差距的影响。通过对4个省份68个地级市的面板数据的研究发现劳动力流动率越高,城乡收入差距越小。进一步的分析指出对于劳动力流入地而言劳动力流动率越高城乡收入差距越小,而对于劳动力流出地而言劳动力流动率越高城乡收入差距越大。基于研究结果提出了相应的政策建议。
There are many researches on the topic of urban-rural income gap,however a few literatures explore the relationship between labor migration and urban-rural income gap. Based on the previous studies,this paper further analyzes the impact of labor inflow and outflow on the income gap between urban and rural areas. By using panel data of 68 prefecture-level cities from 4 provinces,this research finds out that cities with higher labor migration rate have smaller urban-rural income gap. The results of more in-depth research indicate that cities with higher labor migration rate have smaller urban-rural income gap for the labor immigration district,however,for the labor emigration district,cities with larger labor migration rate have larger urban-rural income gap. Based on the research results,this paper put forward policy recommendations.
