摘要
应用国际先进的可视软件Cite SpaceⅢ对CNKI数据库中1980-2016年中有关罪犯教育改造研究文献进行分析。研究发现,我国罪犯教育改造研究分为酝酿期、起步期、快速发展期三个阶段;研究人员较多但主要集中在大中专院校,作者间合作程度较低;研究热点分为改造质量、未成年犯、首要标准、狱政管理、心理矫治等几大类;总体研究水平较低,与实践结合不紧,难以适应当今社会改革和转型时期的罪犯教育改造要求。
This article uses the internationally advanced software of Cite SpaceⅢ for information visualization to analyze the research papers on criminal education and correction in CNKI from 1980 to 2016. The results are as following： First, the process of the criminal education and correction is divided into three stages, namely the gestation period, the starting period and the rapid development period. Second, the number of the authors is large and most of them work in colleges and universities but have little cooperation in this research field. Third, the research focus includes the quality evaluation of criminal education and correction, the Juvenile offender, the primary standard, the prison administration, the psychological treatment of offender and so on. Fourth, the current level of research is difficult to meet the requirements of the criminal education and correction in the period of social reform and transformation, as the level of research is low, and not closely linked with practice.
