摘要
目的:探讨坐位定点旋转整复法在腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:常规组采用斜扳法治疗,观察组则实施坐位定点旋转整复法治疗,并对治疗后患者的水肿、疼痛等症状和运动功能进行评价。结果:观察组各个阶段腰腿痛VAS评分、MacNab腰腿痛疗效评价、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均高于常规组,疗效明显提高,水肿、疼痛等临床症状明显减轻。结论:坐位定点旋转整复法可明显减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的水肿、疼痛,恢复运动功能。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of sitting rotatory manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation .Methods ：The observation group were cured with sitting rotatory manipulation ,while the routine group was treated with oblique pulling method .The edema ,pain and other symptoms and motor function after treatment were assessed and compared .Results：The lumbocrural pain VAS scores ,macnab backleg pain efficacy evaluation and oswestry disability index score of each stage in observation group after TCM synthesis rehabilitation nursing were all higher than those of the routine group .The curative effect was obviously improved ,edema ,pain and other clinical symptoms were evidently reduced ,there was significant difference .Conclusions ：It can obviously reduce edema and pain ,recover movement function ,for the patients with lumbar disc herniation to be carried out sitting rotatory manipulation .
