摘要
目的探讨静息心率(RHR)与绝经女性代谢综合征的相关性。方法对182例绝经后女性进行体格检查(包括腰围、身高、体重、血压、静息心率)、实验室检查(包括空腹血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸),观察不同静息心率水平的血压、血糖、血脂变化,以及其相关性/分析静息心率与代谢综合征患病率的关系。结果 182例研究对象中共检出112例代谢综合征,总患病率为61.54%。相关分析显示,静息心率与腰围、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关。高RHR组代谢综合征患病率高于低RHR组,差异有统计学意义。结论静息心率与绝经女性代谢综合征存在相关性,在临床工作中不能忽视静息心率的控制。
Objective To investigate the correlation of resting heart rate and metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women. Methods An physical examination （including waist,height,weight,blood pressure, resting heart rate）and laboratory test （including fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,high density lipoproteincholesterol,uric acid）were performed for 182 postmenopausal women,then we observed the changes and correlation of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in different resting heart rate levels,and the relationship between resting heart rate and the incidence of metabolic syndrome was analyzed. Results A total of 1 12 patients were detected out with metabolic syndrome among 182 study objects.The morbidity rate was 61.54%. Resting heart rate had positive relation to waist,fasting blood-glucose,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure, triglyceride,and had negative relation to high density lipoprotein-cholesterol.The morbidity rate of metabolic syndrome in high resting heart rate group was higher than that in low resting heart rate group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion There was a correlation between resting heart rate and metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women,the control of resting heart rate can not be ignored in clinical.
