摘要
采用高精度多频率生物阻抗分析技术和40s Wingate实验,对中北大学20名男跆拳道运动员进行身体成分和无氧代谢的测试,通过分析身体成分和无氧代谢的内在联系,探寻某些潜在的特征联系。研究发现:中北大学跆拳道一级运动员与二级运动员相比身高、体重、身体质量指数、上肢、躯干肌肉量无显著性差异,但体脂、体脂肪率明显比二级运动员要低,去脂体重、最大、小功率、平均功率、下肢的肌肉量及总肌肉量明显比二级运动员要高。跆拳道运动员身高、上肢及躯干肌肉量与无氧功率无显著相关性,但是体重、去脂体重、下肢肌肉量及总肌肉量与无氧功率呈高度相关性,体脂肪率、体脂肪量与无氧功率呈显著负相关性。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body composition and anaerobic metabolism. Meanwhile, to explore some potential characteristic relations. Multiple-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis and 40 s Wingate experiment was used in this study, 20 male Taekwondo athletes in North University of China were tested for their body composition and anaerobic metabolism. It was found that compared with second-level athletes, first-class athletes have lower body fat percentage and body fat, and have higher body fat-free weight, maximum/minimum/average capacity, lower limbs muscle strength and total muscle mass. These two levels of athletes' height, weight, body mass index(BMI), upper limbs and trunk muscle mass have no significant differences. There was no significant correlation between Taekwondo athletes' height, upper limbs and trunk muscle mass and anaerobic capacity, however, athletes' body weight, fat weight, lower limb muscle mass, total muscle mass and anaerobic power was highly correlated, body fat percentage, body fat mass and anaerobic power has significantly negative correlated.
