摘要
物流管理是应用性很强的专业,学生实践能力和创新精神的培养是物流管理实践教学的难点。本文基于高校物流管理专业学生实践能力培养方面存在的问题,运用系统控制论的控制、调节、反馈等功能,探索建立提高学生专业技能和创新能力的"四位一体"实践教学体系。从实践教学模式、实践教学课程设计、实践教学平台和实践教学质量监控四个维度论述构建实践教学体系的要素内容与具体方法,旨在探索提高人才培养质量的实践教学体系构建新思路,促进本科物流管理专业实践教学的可持续发展,培养面向物流行业发展需求、具有解决实践问题的专业创新人才。
Logistics management is a major with strongly applicable requirements. The cultivation of the students＇ practice ability and innovation spirit is the key problem to the innovation of practical teaching reform of logistics management. Based on the problems of students＇ practical ability training of logistics management major in colleges and universities and by using the control, adjustment, and feedback function in systematic cybernetics theory, an exploration is made to set up ＂four-in-one＂ practice teaching system to improve students＇ professional skills and innovative ability. Both the concrete content and the specific approaches of building practical teaching system are to be discussed in this paper from such four dimensions as the practice teaching mode, practice teaching curriculum design, practical teaching platform and practice teaching quality control system. It aims not only to explore the new idea of constructing practical teaching system of improving the personnel training quality but also to promote the sustainable development of professional practical teaching in logistics management in order to rear professional the creative talents with the ability to solve practical problems, meeting the development needs of the logistics industry.
