摘要
海上放射性废物管理成为各国面临的一大难题,一来它的来源较多,二来它的影响范围较广。国际社会针对海上放射性废物管理已制定了相应的国际规则,推动了海上放射性废物管理法制的发展。我国虽然有与海上放射性废物管理相关的法律制度,但是现行法律制度存在较大的不足需要完善。
Each country is faced with the challenge of the management of ocean-based radioactive waste disposal. Ocearrbased radioactive waste from many pollution resources will impact many fields. International community has enacted many international rules for the management of ocean-based radioactive wastes, which improve the legal system of the management of ocean-based radioactive wastes. China has also enacted some laws related to the management of ocean-based radioactive wastes, but the existing legal system has a bigger gap that needs to be bridged.
