摘要 某超超临界锅炉送风机在运行过程中发生叶片断裂事故,对送风机运行状况及叶片断口形貌进行分析,发现送风机叶片存在铸造缺陷,降低了送风机的整体性能和抗断裂强度,使得送风机在运行一定周期后叶片达到疲劳极限,发生突然断裂。对此提出加强工程建设过程中设备制造质量监控、检修过程中将送风机叶片检查列入专项检查内容、优化风机运行参数及保护逻辑等防范措施,并针对该次事故进行了相应的整改,避免了同类事故再次发生,保证了机组安全稳定运行。 Blade fracture accident occured in the operation of some uhra-supercritical boiler draft fan. Made an analysis of the draft fan operating conditions and the blade fracture morphology, and concluded that the casting flaw existed in the blades. The casting flaw reduced the overall performance and the fracture strength of the blade, which resulted in the blade reaching its fatigue limit, after running a certain period. The author put forward some preventive measures of strengthening the construction of engineering equipment manufacturing quality control and maintenance process, adding blade examination into the special inspection items, optimizing the fan running monitoring parameters and protection logic. What's more, carried out the rectifying and improving measures to prevent such incidents from happening, and to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
