肺部受累的IgG4相关性疾病1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 IgG4相关性疾病是一种累及多个系统的硬化性疾病,特点为血清IgG4水平升高,组织中大量IgG4阳性浆细胞浸润,这种疾病可以局限于一个或两个器官,或者多个器官并存。最初的相关报道集中在胰腺,Yoshida等[1]于1995首先提出了自身免疫性胰腺炎（AIP）的概念,随后研究发现在AIP患者,血清IgG4水平往往显著升高,并且胰腺外病变同时存在,提出了IgG4相关性疾病的概念。
