摘要
通过构建经济增长函数,收集四川省1990—2013年的GDP、固定资本投资和人力资本存量数据,采用单位根、英格兰检验、协整进行实证分析,得出人力资本对经济增长的促进具有滞后性,短期效应不明显,但潜力巨大,并针对其中存在的问题提出具有针对性的对策建议。
By building economic growth funtion, gathering data about the GDP of Sichuan Province from 1990- 2013, fixed capital investment and human capital stock and using unit root, test of England, co-integration to make an empirical analysis, a conclusion is made that human capital promptes the economic growth with hysteretic nature, which shows that the short term effect is not obvious but it has a great protencial influence and offers advice on the issues.
