Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of edaravone combined with glycerin fructose on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: According to the patients’ willing, 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group. The 64 patients in control group were given edaravone and mannitol treatment; and the 56 patients in observation group were given edaravone and glycerin fructose treatment for 15 days. The clinical efficacy, neural functional recovery and kidney damage after treatment was observed and compared in two groups. Results: ① After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 73.21 %(41/56), which was obviously higher than the 35.9 %(25/64)in control group, and the difference showed statistical significance(P〈0.05); ②After treatment, the NIHSS scores in the two groups were both declined, and the NIHSS score in observation group was(4.29 ±5.6),which was obviously lower than the(7.09 ±4.9)in control group, and the difference showed statistically significant(P〈 0.05);③After treatment, the renal impairment scores in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group with statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusions: The treatment with edaravone and glycerin fructose for the patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage shows exact clinical curative effect and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
