摘要
当前随着我国城镇化水平的提高,农村剩余劳动力大量涌入城市,乡村地区出现了聚落空废化、空间布局散乱、配套设施不足及闲置化等一系列"共性"问题。陕南地区地处山地,地形复杂,生态环境脆弱,乡村聚落呈现出特定的空间特征,其发展过程中也产生了村镇发展受地质灾害影响、聚落空间演变无序、人均村庄用地面积偏大等"个性"问题。针对这些"共性"与"个性"问题,本文通过对东、中、西部不同地形乡村聚落空间特征及空间发展模式的对比研究,以陕西省商洛市为例,从分布、规模、村庄内部空间演变等方面分析山地区乡村聚落空间特征,并对现状的空间发展模式进行研究。根据以上分析提出乡村聚落大组团与小组团结合的新型农村社区聚落体系及乡村聚落适宜规模。
Nowadays, rural surplus labor poured into cities with speeding up the urbanization process in China. That caused a series of ＂common problems＂, empty-disusing, scattered layout, inadequate and idle facilities and so on. Southern Shanxi is located in the mountains area with complex landform and fragile ecological environment. Rural settlements showed specific spatial characteristics. So some ＂personal problems＂ are also produced in its development process.The village development is strongly influenced by the geological disasters, disordered settlement space evolution and village area per capita is relatively large. These ＂common＂ and ＂personal＂ problems are studied in a comparison study of eastern area, middle area and western area of China with different space characteristic and development mode. This paper taking Shangluo city as an example, analyzes the rural settlement spatial characteristics from spatial distribution and scale, also studies the present spatial development pattern. According all the above analysis, appropriate rural settlement system and scale in new rural community which is combined by big group and small group will be proposed.
