摘要
在激光诱导击穿技术(LIBS)分析元素含量时,对光谱谱线的预处理要求比较严格。现在等离子体发射光谱作为同时检测多元素分析技术是一个新型的研究方向,存在巨大的在线分析能力。在处理光谱数据的时候,光谱谱线重叠、畸形等问题一直是干扰因素,严重影响定量分析效果。在很多方面当中,小波的时频特性是很突出的特点。基于单子带重构算法的改进,对一组光谱信号进行验证性测试,通过此方法可以改善频率混淆问题。
In the technology of laser induced breakdown (LIBS) analysis, element content is strict with the pretreatment of the spectral lines. Now the plasma emission spectrum as muhielement analysis and testing technology is a new research direction, there is a huge online analytical ability. In the treatment of the spectral data, the abnormality of spectral line overlap, has always been interference factors, seriously affect the quantitative analysis of the effect. In many ways, the time-frequency characteristics of wavelet is very outstanding characteristics. Reconstruction algorithm is improved, this article is based on the list for confirmatory test, a set of spectral signals by this method can improve the frequency aliasing problem.
