摘要
重庆市领导干部的新媒体素养处于不断提升的阶段,舆论引导的能力、运用"两微一端"开展政务沟通的能力,以及通过"互联网+"推进政务服务的能力普遍加强。但是,还有部分领导依然存在"畏网""拒网"心理,对新媒体认识不够,应用层次不高等问题。对此,应当强化顶层设计,加强学习培训,遵循传播规律,走好网上群众路线,全面提升适应网络强国战略的能力素质。
The new media literacy of party officials in Chongqing is in a rising stage, the ability of the guidance of public opinion,applying microblog,WeChat and APP to improve government communication, and via the Internet plus to improve government service. However,a few officials is still afraid of Intemet and reject the Intemet.Therefore, strengthening the top-level design,enhancing training and learning,following the rules of propagation , following the Intemet mass line,improve the ability to adapt to network strategy.
