摘要
采用数值模拟整场求解的方法对超临界液态天然气(LNG)在螺旋管汽化器中热流耦合传热进行研究,得到管壳程流体的流场、温度场。通过研究管、壳程流体质量流量对流体出口温度、管壳程换热系数的影响,揭示汽化器内流体-热耦合传热规律,为超临界高压汽化器设计提供参考。
Numerical simulation was used to study the heat transfer of supercritical liquid gas (LNG)in a helical tube evaporator, the flow field and temperature field of the shell and tube were obtained. The influence of tube and shell side fluid mass flow on the heat transfer coefficient of fluid outlet temperature was studied. The law of fluid heat transfer in the evaporator was revealed, which could provide reference for the design of the super critical high pressure carburetor.
