阿舍勒铜矿深部巷道支护方案优化研究 被引量:6

Optimization Research on Supporting Schemes of Deep Drift in Ashele Copper Mine

摘要 针对阿舍勒铜矿二期工程开采范围、矿岩特性以及矿山深部不同地段多种支护形式的现状,通过室内试验和矿山调查、数值模拟与理论分析,得出以下结论:3种支护方式对巷道的支护效果最好的是喷锚网联合支护,建议对Ⅲ级围岩(铜硫矿和黄铁矿)采用素喷混凝土支护或锚杆支护,对Ⅳ级围岩(凝灰岩)采用联合支护,在围岩完整性差时采用浇灌或者钢拱架支护。 Aimed at the mining range and ore characteristics of the second project in Ashele copper mine, as well as the conditions of multiple supporting forms at different areas in deep drift, some measures were carried out, including indoor experiment, mine survey, numerical simulation and theoreti- cal analysis. The conclusions were obtained as follows. First- ly, the shotcrete-bolting-net supporting had the best effect in three kinds of support scheme. Then, according to the re- sults, it suggested that the shotcrete supporting or the bol- ting supporting was used for the Ⅲ grade of surrounding rock (copper-sulphur ore and pyrite), the combining sup- porting was applied for the Ⅳ grade of surrounding rock (tuff), and the concreting or the section-steel support could be used for poor surrounding rock.
