摘要
对电动机外壳用AZ80镁合金进行了常规锻压和-20℃低温多向锻压,并进行了显微组织观察与力学性能的分析。结果表明,与常规锻压相比,低温多向锻压AZ80镁合金晶粒明显细化,平均晶粒尺寸减小65.7%;低温多向锻压镁合金的力学性能得到明显提高,25℃屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率分别增加70.6%,72.5%,152.4%。
The microstructure observation and mechanical properties analysis have been carried out on the AZ80 magnesium alloys for motor housing after conventional forging and low-temperature multi-directional forging at -20℃, respectively. The results show that after low-temperature muhidirectional forging the grains in the alloy are far more refined and the mechanical properties of the alloy are much greater than those of the alloy after conventional forging. The average grain size is decreased by 65.7%. The yield strength, tensile strength, elongation at 25℃ are increased by 70.6%, 72.5%, and 152.4%, respectively,much bet- ter than the mechanical properties of the alloy after conventional forging.
