摘要
详细分析了目前云广特高压直流站控系统对于小组交流滤波器投入以及退出状态的判别逻辑,并与其他高压直流工程相应逻辑进行对比分析,同时结合实例,指出其中存在的设计缺陷,该设计缺陷会导致直流站控系统误判小组滤波器在投入或者退出状态,从而影响系统无功控制,并针对性地提出了相应的改进建议,该建议同样适用于其他高压直流工程。
The discriminating logic of DC station control system for AC filter on and off states in the Yunnan- Guangdong UHVDC system is analyzed in detail, and is compared with corresponding logics of other HVDC converter stations. Examples are taken for the analysis. As a result, design defect is found in the logic, which may cause misjudgment of the AC filter on and off states by the DC station control system and further affect the system's reactive power control. Consequently, corresponding countermeasures are offered, which are also suitable for other converter stations.
