摘要
结合南京长江隧道工程,对大直径泥水盾构弃渣中的优质泥浆在卵砾地层中的再利用问题进行了室内试验研究及现场实施验证。在此基础上,提出了基于泥浆与地层匹配性的泥膜配制技术,使优质泥浆在泥水盾构施工中得以重复利用,降低了工程造价,减少了废浆排放,保护了环境。
The paper took Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel as the study object and performed analysis,experiments and on-site verification to the reuse of high quality mud from treated waste muck in construction of tunnel with large diameter slurry shield to gravel stratum.On this basis,it proposed the technique for the preparation of mud film,well suited for the slurry and the stratum at the same time.As waste mud was properly reused in slurry shield construction,the practice helps cut the engineering cots,reduce slurry emission and protect the environment.
