摘要
刑事申诉律师代理制度逐步成为未来刑事申诉的重要制度,在明晰刑事申诉律师代理制度的重要性与可行性的基础之上,分析当前构建检察环节刑事申诉律师代理制度存在的现实问题,并提出妥善解决问题的对策路径,以期构建运行顺畅、高效便捷、保障权利得以伸张的刑事申诉律师代理制度,从而促进检察环节刑事申诉工作及其律师代理制度得到良性发展。
Criminal appeals lawyer agency system gradually becomes an important future criminal appeal system. based on the importance and feasibility of the clear criminal appeals lawyer agency system,this paper analyzed existing problems in the current construction of procuratorial tache of criminal appeals lawyer agency system,and proposed countermeasures to properly solve the problem,in order to construct a criminal appeals lawyer agency system with smooth operation,high efficiency,convenience,and rights secured,thereby promoting a sound development of procuratorial tache criminal complaints and attorney system.
