摘要
通过固定化载体和制备方法的选择,以对Cd^(2+)的吸附量为考察指标,得到了固定化丝胶蛋白的最佳制备条件。结果表明,以壳聚糖为载体,采用包埋—交联法,在壳聚糖质量浓度为20g/L、煮茧废水与壳聚糖溶液体积比为1∶1、戊二醛体积分数为2%的条件下,制备的壳聚糖固定化丝胶蛋白成球效果好、易操作、机械强度适中,对Cd^(2+)的吸附量最大达到102.72mg/g。
The best conditions for preparation of immobilized sericin protein were found through selection of immobilized carrier and preparation method,and consideration of Cd^2+ adsorption quantity. Results showed that the optimal conditions were chitosan concentration of 20 g/L,cocoon boiling wastewater to chitosan solution volume ratio of 1 : 1 ,glutaraldehyde volume fraction of 2% by using emdedding-crosslinking method with chitosan as carrier. Under these conditions? the immobilized sericin protein was easy to be prepared? easy to form a ball,and appropriate of mechanical intensity. The Cd^2+ adsorption quantity reached 102.72 mg/g.
