摘要
以轻烧氧化镁粉、七水硫酸镁与外加剂为原料制备了改性硫氧镁胶凝材料,研究了改性硫氧镁胶凝材料中轻烧氧化镁粉与七水硫酸镁的最佳配合比,以及外加剂对硫氧镁胶凝材料性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对样品进行微观形貌和物相分析。结果表明:轻烧氧化镁粉掺量的增加有利于硫氧镁胶凝材料试件强度的提高,而硫酸镁溶液浓度的降低使得硫氧镁胶凝材料试件强度呈负增长趋势。当轻烧氧化镁粉与七水硫酸镁及拌合水的摩尔比为11∶1∶8,复合外加剂为9∶1时,硫氧镁胶凝材料试件的28 d抗压强度可达到118.5 MPa,软化系数0.95以上,改性后硫氧镁胶凝材料的力学性能和耐水性明显提高。
The modified sulfur-oxygen magnesium cementitious materials were prepared by mixing industrial-grade MgO powder,MgSO4·7H2O solution and additive. The best preparing parameters of the modified sulfur-oxygen magnesium cementitious materials, theeffects of MgO/MgSO4·7H2O molar ratio, the concentration level of MgSO4·7H2O and the addition of water glass on the mechanical propertiesof sulfur-oxygen magnesium cement were investigated. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used tocharacterize the microstructure and phase compositions. The results show that the increase of MgO powder dosage will help improve thecompressive strength of the sulfur-oxygen magnesium cementitious material. Reducing the concentration of the magnesium sulfate solutionresults in a negative growth trend of the compressive strength. When MgO/ MgSO4·7H2O /H2O molar ratio reaches 11:1:8, the complexadmixture molar ratio reaches 9:1, the sulfur-oxygen magnesium cementitious material is found to have the best 28 d compressive strength of118.5 MPa and the softening coefficiency above 0.95. The compressive strength and water resistance can be improved by the modification ofsulfur-oxygen magnesium cementitious material.
