摘要
针对煤层气田丛式井规模化开发面临平台多、散,井网部署落实难,成本控制压力大的难题,提出在控本前提下通过技术创新集成突破单平台井数限制,实施大平台部署开发的思路。通过全流程技术难点和对策分析,在部署、钻井、测录井、举升等方面开展了积极探索,优化形成以地面—地质—工程一体化的部署设计、经济实用的测录井施工配置、举升设备配套以及整体压裂同步排采为支撑的煤层气田大平台开发集成技术,在延川南煤层气田产建中成功应用,降低了煤层气田规模化开发实施难度,达到提速控本增效的目的。
According to the characters of dispersed platforms on hill tops and the difficulties of well pattern deployment and cost control, in order to control costs, some new technologies are proposed to resolve well number limit of one platform and conduct deployment and development of large platform. Through the analysis of technical difficulties and countermeasures, this paper actively explores the research about deployment, well drilling, gas logging and water lifting, and optimizes the large platform development technologies about deployment design of ground project, geology and engineering, economical and practical construction allocation of gas logging, water lifting equipment and integral fracturing and simultaneous production, furthermore, this technology is successfully applied in coalbed methane(CBM) of south Yanchuan area, which reduces difficulties of large scale development, thereby speeding up development and reducing costs.
