KX组油藏弱碱三元复合驱的储层损害研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来化学复合驱技术在现场试验取得了显著的效果,但给储集层带来的伤害也非常严重。为探索KX组油藏弱碱三元复合驱的可行性,结合X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对储集层岩石组成和微观特征进行了分析,利用岩心驱替实验开展了弱碱三元体系对储集层的损害研究。研究表明,KX组油藏黏土含量较低;弱碱三元复合体系中聚合物的平均水动力尺寸为0.42μm,聚合物分子能够通过窄小的流动通道,不会造成堵塞而损害储集层;弱碱三元复合体系中固相颗粒平均粒径为0.189μm,与储集层孔喉直径匹配关系良好;研究区域储集层为中等偏强碱敏,p H值为10.95时,储集层渗透率损失率为94.44%。研究结果对注入体系的筛选和预防碱对储集层的损害起到了理论指导作用,促进弱碱三元复合驱油技术在KX组油藏的快速应用。 In resent years, chemical flooding technology has achieved remarkable results in the field test, but it brings serious dam- age to reservoir. In order to explore the feasibility of weak base ASP flooding in KX reservoir, the composition and microscopic char- acteristics of reservoir were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, and the damage of weak base ternary system was studied by core displacement test. The result shows that the KX reservoir has low content of clay. In weak base ternary system, the average hydrodynamic size of polymer is 0.42 μm, so the polymer molecules can flow through narrow channels and can not cause blockage. The average solid phase particle size in weak base ternary system is 0.189 μm, showing good match relation- ship with reservoir pore diameter. The study reservoir is middle to strong alkali sensitivity, which causes serious loss of reservoir permeability, in addition, when the pH value rises to 10.95, the reservoir permeability loss rate is 94.44 %. The results provide guidance for screening injection system and preventing damage caused by alkali, thereby promoting the weak base ASP flooding technology for rapid application in KX reservoir.
