摘要
文章基于战略管理理论、组织行为学理论,从环境层面、组织层面和个体层面来具体分析企业高管的战略扫描模式的影响因素。已有的研究集中考察了环境不确定性对高管战略环境扫描行为的影响,而组织层面和个体层面的因素对高管战略环境扫描行为影响的研究基本空白。我们基于相关理论提出企业战略决策风格和企业战略创新精神以及高管的个体特征对高管战略环境扫描模式选择的影响的研究模型。
In this paper, based on the theory of strategic management, organizational behavior theory, from the environment level, organization level and individual level executives to specific analysis the influence factors of strategic scan mode.Existing research focuses examines the environmental uncertainty influence on executive strategy environment scanning behavior, and organization level and individual level factors on executive strate- gy research on the effects of environmental scanning behavior basic blank.We based on relevant theories put forward strategic decision-making style and the spirit of the enterprise strategic innovation and individual characteristics of the executives on executive strategy research on the effects of environmental scanning mode selection model.
