摘要
世界经济强国无一不是对外投资大国。发展对外投资是我国经济发展新常态下实现由经济大国向经济强国转变的必由之路。企业"走出去"突破市场、资源、技术、品牌、增速换挡瓶颈,实现从"世界工厂"到"世界投资人"的转变。眼下仍有较多的国际国内因素制约着企业进一步"走出去"的质量和效果。因此,必须主动适应经济发展新常态,抓住实施"一带一路"建设的战略机遇,更加重视投资的质量和可持续性。政府部门应进一步转变职能,为企业走出去后风险防控提供全方位服务,提供经济外交支撑,规避企业经营中的各种风险。
The world economy all foreign investment. The development of foreign investment is China＇s eco- nomic development under the new normal implementation from economic superpower to economic power shift. Go out and break through the market, resource, technology, brand, growth is shifting bottleneck, realize the ＂ world factory＂ to ＂world investors＂.Now there is still more international and domestic factors restricting the quality of the enterprises to ＂walk＂, influence enterprise ＂out＂ effect.Therefore, must take the initiative to adapt to the new normal economic development, grasp the strategic opportunity to implement ＂area＂ construc- tion, more attention to the quality and sustainability of the investment.Government departments should further transform function, after go out and risk prevention and control provides the omni-directional service for the enterprise, to provide economic and diplomatic support, to evade the various risks of doing business
