摘要
目的调查分析龙岩市2015年布鲁氏菌病暴发疫情,为防控提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对病例发病情况及感染来源进行分析,应用血培养、血清试管凝集试验和RT-PCR对血液标本进行检测。结果共发现5例布鲁氏菌病例,血清抗体滴度均≥1∶800;对5例可疑病例进行布鲁氏菌分离培养,分离到2株羊种布鲁氏菌;对4例可疑病例血浆样本及血液增菌培养物进行RT-PCR检测,1例布鲁氏菌阳性。结论 2015年龙岩市5例布鲁氏菌病疫情,因养殖户接触病羊导致感染。
Objective To investigate and analyze a brucellosis outbreak in Longyan City in 2015 for the disease control and prevention.Methods The infection sources and case pathogenic conditions were analyzed by field epidemiological investigation methods.Blood specimens were detected by using hemoculture,serum agglutination test and RT-PCR assay.Results Five brucellosis cases were found in Longyan City in 2015.Serum antibody titers were over 1：800in all cases and two strains of brucella melitensis were isolated.Plasma samples and blood enriching cultures in four suspicious cases were detected by RT-PCR assay and one case showed positive brucella.Conclusion Five brucellosis cases outbreak in Longyan City in 2015,the outbreak resulted from the breeding worker＇s close contact with the sick sheep.
