无机填料对石头纸阻燃性能和力学性能的影响

摘要 通过熔融混炼制备石头纸,研究了不同的无机填料和Mc A阻燃剂复配对石头纸阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在未添加阻燃剂时,石头纸的阻燃性能为:滑石粉石头纸>硅灰石石头纸>碳酸钙石头纸。当添加32%硅灰石和40%Mc A时,石头纸的氧指数为29.8%,UL-94垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级(0.8 mm)。碳酸钙石头纸最大拉伸强度达到9.9 MPa,比硅灰石石头纸和滑石粉石头纸的最大拉伸强度分别高出30.3%和26.9%。石头纸中的纤维状或片状网络结构是石头纸具有较强拉伸强度的根本原因。 Rich mineral paper is prepared by melt mixing refining. The effect of the combinations of McA flame retardant with different inorganic fillers on flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of rich mineral paper is studied. The results show that, without flame retardant, flame retardant performance is:talc rich mineral paper 〉 wollastonite rich mineral paper 〉 calcium carbonate rich mineral paper. When 32% of wollastonite and 40% of McA are added,the oxygen index of rich mineral paper can reach 29. 8% and UL-94 vertical burning rating is up to V-0 rating (0. 8 ram). Maximum tensile strength of calcium carbonate rich mineral paper is 9. 9 MPa,which is 30. 3% and 26. 9% higher than that of wollastonite rich mineral paper and talc rich mineral paper, respectively. The fibrous or sheet structure of rich mineral paper is contributed to the increase of tensile strength.
