摘要
为提高生产线的自动化程度,设计了以S7-200 Smart PLC为控制核心,三自由度滑台为执行部件的控制系统,采用逐点比较法进行直线插补运动控制,实现三轴准确定点移动控制,从而准确调整待装配工件的位置和姿态,完成工件的装配。重点介绍了系统的整体架构、系统硬件平台、系统软件设计步骤和实现方法,采用PLC控制步进电机驱动器实现步进电机的位置和速度的控制。该系统可靠性较高,并且运行稳定。
To improve the degree of automation of production lines, the control system was designed with the control core of Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC and three degrees of freedom to perform slide components, linear interpolation motion control-bypoint comparison method to achieve accurate three-axis movement point control to accurately adjust the position and attitude of the workpiece to be assembled.The paper focuses on the overall architecture of the system hardware platform, system software design and implementation steps, to use PLC to control stepper motor driver to achieve the control of position and velocity of the stepper motor driver. The system reliability is higher and it runs stable.
