摘要 目的:对叶酸治疗老年高血压病(HTN)临床疗效、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)及血管内皮功能影响分析。方法:资料选取我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的90例HTN患者予以回顾性分析,根据不同的研究方法分为对照组(40例)与研究组(50例)。前者予降压药物治疗,后者予降压药物联合叶酸治疗,观察两组治疗前后血压、血浆Hcy水平及血管内皮功能。结果:两组治疗后血压、血浆Hcy水平均有降低,但研究组血压、血浆Hcy水平均比对照组低,比较差异具统计学的意义(P<0.05);两组ET-1水平均有所降低,NO、EID、FMD水平均升高,比较差异具统计学的意义(P<0.05),但研究组ET-1水平比对照组低,NO、EID、FMD水平比对照组高,比较差异具统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:叶酸治疗老年HTN可显著降低Hcy水平,使血管内皮功能得到改善,具有一定临床应用与研究价值。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of folic acid in treating senile hypertension and in-fluence on plasma homocysteine ( Hcy) level and vascular endothelial function. Methods:The data of 90 ca-ses with HTN treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups, the control group for 40 cases and the research group for 50 cases. The control group was treated with antihypertensive drugs, and the research group was treated with antihyper-tensive drugs combined with folic acid. The blood pressure, plasma Hcy level and vascular endothelial function of two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure, plasma Hcy level and vascular endothelial function of two groups reduced, but the research group was more evident than the control group, and the difference was evident, There's statistical significance( P〈0.05) . ET-1 level of two groups reduced, and NO, EID and FMD level of two groups improved. The difference was evident, There's statistical significance( P〈0.05) . But ET-1 level of the research group was lower than that of the con-trol group, There's statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Folic acid in treating senile hypertension can not only evidently reduce Hcy level, but also improve vascular endothelial function, which is worthy of clinical application and research.
