摘要
国内外的主流观点认为,主权货币国际化的目标在于成为国际储备货币。显然,人民币国际化的目标也不可能例外。最早否定这种主权货币国际化传统目标的经济学家是美国耶鲁大学教授罗伯特·特里芬。但他并没有在这方面进行深入的理论分析。如果我们带着"为什么主权货币国际化的传统目标不可行"这一问题,重新认识马克思的货币理论,则不难从马克思的货币理论中悟出答案,进而去探讨人民币国际化的新目标或中国模式。
According to mainstream view at home and abroad,the goal of internationalization of sovereign currency is for it to become the international reserve currency.Clearly,the goal of internationalization of RMB is no exception.The earliest denial of such traditional goal of internationalization of sovereign currency among economists came from Robert Triffin,a professor from Yale University in the United States,but he did not carry out thorough theoretical analysis in this regard.If we review Marx's monetary currency with the question of 'why the traditional goal of internationalization of sovereign currency is not feasible',it will be easy to realize the answer from Marx's monetary theory,and then to explore the new goal or Chinese model of internationalization of RMB.
