基于建立PDS的学前教育专业人才培养模式的探索与实践——以汕头职业技术学院学前教育专业为例

摘要 教师专业发展学校(PDS)是20世纪80年代中期,以中小学为基地,大学和中小学共同合作研究解决教育教学问题,从事教师教育,促进教师专业发展的学校,也是一种新型的教师培养模式。汕头职院学前教育专业人才培养借鉴该模式,开展了"学前教师人才培养模式的探索与实践——基于建立教师专业发展学校平台"省级教改项目的研究,并提出了实施基于建立PDS的学前教育专业人才培养模式的五个方面的路径。 Teachers Professional Development School (PDS for short) is to work on teachers education and promoting teachers professional development in the middle of the 1980s, where school-based, colleges, middle schools and primary schools cooperate together to research and solve education and teaching problems. It is also a new teachers training mode. Pre-school education professional talents training in Shantou Polytechnic will use this mode for reference to carry out the research on the provincial-level educational reform project Exploration and Practice on Pre-school Teacher Talent Cultivation Mode, based on building the school platform of teachers professional development, in which we have put forward five implementation paths to build PDS pre-school education professional talents training mode.
