摘要
目的探讨下肢超短波治疗预防腰椎开放内固定术后血栓栓塞的临床疗效。方法 45例腰椎开放内固定术患者,术后均采用空气肢体压力治疗仪进行下肢超短波治疗,观察其预防术后血栓栓塞的效果。结果观察到本组患者的血栓栓塞发生率为4.44%(2/45),术后发生血栓栓塞的2例患者均给予药物并联合下肢超短波治疗后均已治愈。结论下肢超短波治疗对于腰椎开放内固定术后血栓栓塞具有明显的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the prevention of lumbar open lower extremity ultrashort wave therapy after internal fixation of thromboembolism clinical curative effect. Methods 45 cases of open lumbar internal fixation patients, postoperative limb using air pressure therapeutic instrument for lower extremity ultrashort wave therapy, to observe the effect of prevention of postoperative thromboembolism. Results Thromboembolism observed in this group of patients the incidence rate was 4.44%（2/45）, 2 cases of thrombosis after operation the patients were given drugs combined with ultrashort wave therapy after lower limbs were cured. Conclusion Ultrashort wave therapy for lumbar limb open after internal fixation of thromboembolism has obvious effect of preventing.
