摘要
目的探究将静脉治疗护理小组应用于静脉化疗患者中的效果和价值。方法选取我院内分泌肿瘤科2014年3月-2015月3月收治的静脉化疗患者58例,采用抽签法将其分为研究组和参照组,参照组实行常规静脉注射护理,研究组实行静脉治疗护理小组,对比分析两组患者治疗后并发症情况。结果研究组并发症发生率为10.34%,低于参照组并发症发生率34.48%,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在静脉化疗患者中实行静脉治疗护理小组的效果显著,可以降低发生症并发率。
Objective To explore nursing team applied in the intravenous chemotherapy patients treated vein of the effect and value. Methods 58 cases of patients with venous tumor chemotherapy endocrine department of our hospital was selected from March 2014 to March 2015, randomly divided into study group and control group, control group with routine intravenous nursing, the study group was given intravenous treatment group, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with complications after treatment. Results The incidence rate of complications in the study group was 10.34%, which was lower than that of the reference group, the incidence of complications was 34.48%, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In intravenous chemotherapy patients in the implementation of the effect of intravenous treatment group significantly, can reduce the incidence of complications.
