摘要
目的探究循证护理在血液透析患者高位动静脉内瘘中的应用效果。方法选择的研究对象为接受肱动脉-肘正中静脉或肱动脉-贵要静脉高位动静脉内瘘血管通路维持血液透析治疗的患者,共11例,对其实施循证护理,并设置其为观察组,通过回顾性分析选取接受传统血管通路护理的患者11例,并设置为对照组。结果在透析患者血管通路并发症(诸如皮下血肿、感染、血栓形成和局部血管硬化)指标对比下,发现观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高位动静脉内瘘血管通路的血液透析患者接受循证护理之后,有效地解决了自身的问题,相比于未接受护理实施传统血管通路护理的患者来说,在降低并发症和提高患者透析生活质量方面,占有明显的优势。除此之外,也有效发挥了护理人员的主观能动性,让护理人员的知识得到了丰富,促进血液透析专业技术水平的全面提高。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the high arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients. Methods The study for the brachial artery and the median cubital vein or brachial artery basilic vein high internal arteriovenous fistula vascular access in hemodialysis patients, a total of 11 cases, the implementation of evidencebased nursing, and set it as the observation group, 11 cases of patients by retrospective analysis of selected traditional vascular access care, and is set to the control group. Results In the dialysis patients with vascular access complications（such as subcutaneous hematoma, infection, thrombosis and local vascular sclerosis） indicators, the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High dynamic hemodialysis patients with venous fistula received evidence-based nursing, can effectively solve the problems of its own, compared to not accept the implementation of traditional vascular access care patients, to reduce the complications and improve the quality of life of dialysis patients, has obvious advantages. In addition, it is also effective to play the subjective initiative of nursing staff, so that the knowledge of nursing staff has been enriched, and promote the comprehensive improvement of the professional technical level of hemodialysis.
