摘要
目的探讨喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法收集2015年1月~2016年2月在我院儿科门急诊就诊的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿86例作为研究对象并按随机数字表法分为两组：喜炎平组46例,给予喜炎平注射液治疗,利巴韦林组40例,给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效及临床症状的改善或消失时间。结果喜炎平组总有效率高于利巴韦林组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。喜炎平组发热下降或消退时间、疱疹缩小、消退时间、拒食、流涎消退时间与利巴韦林组比较更短,两组之间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎效果确切,能快速缓解患儿的临床症状,减轻患儿痛苦,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of herpes simplex angina. Methods A total of 86 patients with herpetic angina were enrolled in our department from January 2015 to February 2016. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, the were 46 cases in the Xiyanpinggroup, the patients were given Xiyanping injection, there were 40 cases in the ribavirin group, the patients were given ribavirin injection, and the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms improved or disappeared of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of Xiyanping group was higher than that of ribavirin group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The time of fever subsided or dissipated in Xiyanping group was shorter than that of ribavirin group, the duration of herpes reduction, remission time, anti-feedant and drooling time were shorter（P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Xiyanping injection is effective in the treatment of herpetic angina. It can relieve the clinical symptoms of children and alleviate the pain of children, and it is safe and can be widely used in clinical practice.
