摘要
目的研究全胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌的可行性及临床应用价值。方法将食管癌患者65例纳入到本次研究,根据治疗方法分常规组和腔镜组。对比治疗效果。结果两组手术成功率均为100%,腔镜组并发症发生率、术后胸液引流量、胸管拔除时间、手术出血量、住院时间均优于常规组,P<0.05。两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论全胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌的可行性及临床应用价值较高。
Objective To study the feasibility and clinical value of the treatment of esophageal cancer by the whole chest laparoscopy combined with surgery. Methods 65 cases of esophageal cancer patients were chosen into the study according to the treatment method of endoscopic group and conventional group. Contrast treatment effect. Results The success rate of the two groups were 100%, the incidence of complications in laparoscopic group, postoperative pleural fluid drainage, chest tube removal time, bleeding volume and hospitalization time were better than the conventional group, P〈0.05. The operation time of the two groups and the number of lymph node, no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion The feasibility and clinical application value of total thoracic laparoscopy combined with operation in the treatment of esophageal cancer is high.
