摘要
目的分析综合质量控制在临床检验生化分析前的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月-2016年7月在内蒙古中医医院进行生化检验的240例患者作为本次研究主体,按照检验的先后顺序分为两组,各120例,常规组（2015年7月-2016年1月）给予常规方法控制,实验组（2016年2-7月）给予综合质量控制,比较两组的临床检验效果。结果实验组患者进行综合质量控制之后,三查七对未执行、标本送至检验时间延迟、标本留取例数不正确、动脉血误抽等现象得到有效改善,比未执行之前状况有所好转,实验组应用效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义P〈0.05）。结论临床生化检验过程中行质量控制措施,能够有效提升检验结果的准确率,为临床诊治提供依据。
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive quality control in clinical laboratory. Methods 240 cases of patients were chosen as the research subject from July 2015 to July 2016 in Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in order to test the divided into two groups, each of 120 cases, the conventional group（from July 2015 to January 2016） received conventional control methods, the experimental group（from February to July 2016） received comprehensive quality control, clinical effects between the two group. Results The experimental group patients after comprehensive quality control, three out of seven on the implementation, not the specimen to test the time delay, the number of cases of specimens is not correct, the arterial blood mistakenly smoked phenomenon has been effectively improved, better than before the situation was not performed by the experimental group is better than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control measures in the process of clinical biochemical examination can effectively improve the accuracy of the test results, and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
