摘要
通过历年典型事故案例分析,总结当前电力二次设备检修工作中对潜伏性风险隔离措施中存在不足,提出电力二次设备检修中防止潜伏性风险隔离端子设计和应用,经过多位二次专家对该隔离措施现场使用的有效性、实用性评估,得出该隔离端子措施在防止二次设备检修潜伏性风险事故能发挥较大的积极作用。
This article analysis the typical accidents in the past, summarizes the deficiency of dangerous points of isolation measurements in electric secondary equipments examining and repairing, and provides the design and application of the dangerous points of isolation terminals. After several secondary experts evaluation of the effectiveness and pragmatism of this terminal, it can be confirmed that this kind of terminal can play a very positive role in preventing wrong hitting accidents.
