摘要
对现有区域备自投系统的优缺点进行了分析,在此基础上提出了一种基于定制策略的区域备自投控制系统方案,然后从系统架构、策略生成、充放电条件、通信组织等方面对该方案实现形式进行了说明。本方案较常规区域备自投系统的优势主要体现在:可以解决复杂网络下的失压问题;无需依托其他系统,实时性高。本方案在贵州遵义供电局仁怀区域电网得到了实施,有效解决了仁怀电网存在的停电事故风险,提高了电网供电可靠性,为区域备自投提供了一个新的研究方向。
This paper analysed the advantages and disadvantages of some traditional automatic switchover systems （ AASS）, and then proposed a new AASS based on customized strategy expounding from system structure, strategy generating, charge/discharge conditions, and communications organization. This method can have several advantages compared with the traditional AASS： It can resolve power failure of complex power network ; It doesn＇ t need other supporting systems and have a good real-time performance. This method has been implemented Zunyi power network, effectively eliminated the risk of power failure, improved the reliability of power supply, and proposed a new research direction of AASS.
