节能设计标准对居住建筑节能的影响——以福建省夏热冬冷地区为例

摘要 随着新版《福建省居住建筑节能设计标准》DBJ/T 13-62-2014的发布和实施,福建省建筑节能工作有了新的要求。根据新版和旧版标准及其参考的行标,对福建省夏热冬冷地区某典型居住建筑进行节能分析,得到不同标准规定下建筑的节能率,并分析不同围护结构热工参数对能耗的影响。文章通过对比分析,提出福建省夏热冬冷地区居住建筑的节能设计建议。 As the Evaluation standard for green building of Fujian being published and executed,new requirements came to popularize green buildings. According to the new version and the old version of the standard for energy-saving design of residential buildings,and other relevant standards,analysis on energy-saving of residential building in hot-summer and cold-winter zone of Fujian shows different energy-saving rate of a same building under different standards. The influence of thermal transfer coefficient of exterior walls,roofs,windows on building energy consumption were verified by comparative analysis.
