摘要
[目的/意义]受多种主客观因素的综合影响,公安信息化建设和具体警务实战之间存在脱节,由基础信息到情报产品的转化效率亟需提升。因此,进一步研究和构建基于公安信息化系统平台的情报应用体系具有较强的实践指导意义。[方法/过程]系统介绍主要公安信息化系统平台的开发利用、主要类型和功能模块,阐述基于公安信息化系统平台情报应用的基本原则、影响因素和适用性,充分考虑建立公安信息化系统平台情报应用体系的必要性,以此为基础实施具体构建。[结果/结论]基于公安信息化系统平台的情报应用体系构建考虑了公安信息化建设的客观实际,以充分发挥公安信息化系统平台的情报功能为目的。围绕情报产出进一步加强各类系统平台的深度应用,构筑系统完善的情报应用体系,有效提高情报工作的精确性、科学性和实效性,指导公安信息化背景下的情报工作实践。
[ Purpose/Significance ] Affected by a variety of subjective and objective factors, there is a gap between the public security informatization construction and the actual police combat, and the transformation efficiency from the basic information to intelligence products need to be promoted. Therefore, further research and construction of intelligence application system based on public security informati- zation system platform has a significant guiding influence for future practices. [ Method/Process ] This paper briefly introduces the development and utilization, main types and functional modules of the platform of the public security informatization system, describes the basic principles, influencing factors and applicability of the intelligence application based on the platform of public security informatization system, with full consideration of the necessity of constructing the intelligence application system of the public security informatization system platform and the specific construction implementation of intelligence application system. [ Result/Conclusionl The proposed intelligence application system construction based on the platform of the public security informatization system considers the objective reality of the information construction of public security, in order to give full play to the intelligence function of the platform. Further strengthening the enhanced application of various system platforms around the intelligence output, building a perfect system of intelligence application, effectively improving the accuracy, scientificness and effectiveness of intelligence activities, and thus guiding the intelligence practices under the background of public security informatization will be the benefits of the effort.
