摘要
气力输送是实现稻壳快速、安全、大量输送的有效途径。根据某大型制酒企业对稻壳输送的需求,进行了稻壳负压气力输送控制系统研究。设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的分层结构式控制系统,构建了基于限位行程开关和电机运行时间的电动闸门和电动吸嘴开度控制算法,实现了系统的自动控制、手动控制和检测控制功能。研究内容对于实现稻壳负压气力输送的稳定、安全运行有重要意义。
Pneumatic conveying is an effective way to realize fast, safe and mass transport of rice husk. According to the requirements of rice husk conveying by a large wine enterprises,a control system research of a negative pressure pneumatic conveying of the rice husk was made. Based on PLC and touch screen,the hierarchical structure of the control system was designed. According to the position switch and the running time of the electric gate and the electric suction mouth,the opening control algorithm was constructed. The system realized the automatic,manual and detection control function,which had an important significance to realize the stable and safe operation of the negative pressure pneumatic conveying of rice husk.
