中医药治疗高血压肾损害机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 高血压肾损害的发病机制首先包括血流动力学因素,而通过上述整理研究可以发现高血压肾损害目前治疗方法单一,现有的治疗方法疗效有限,针对性不强,因此研究中医药干预肾损害,并寻找新的靶点或多靶点具有重大意义。目前中医药保护高血压肾脏损害的具体机制研究不够深入,没有利用系统药理学方法,将疾病的靶点和中药及其复方的靶点相结合,没有规范的进行筛选,在筛选的基础上进行实验验证,这样才更加有说服力;另外,对中药特别是中成药治疗方面的药物研发模式盲目,耗时耗资巨大,成功率低,各种针对高血压的活血化瘀等相关作用药物混杂,随着基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学和变异组学等组学的蓬勃发展,产生了大量的高通量数据资源以及相应的分析技术,可以明确靶点,因此需进一步转换思维进行其分子机制的研究。 In the animal model with hypertension renal injury, there is great generation of ROS, increase of the activity of ROS, decrease of the activity of antioxidant enzymes. Oxidative stress promotes the development of renal vascular lesions in patients with hypertension. Therefore, the mutual influence of the above three factors may be a new target of the treatment of hypertensive renal injury. Intervention of TCM has achieved good effects, reflecting that Chinese medicine plays an important role in many as- pects. As the current therapeutic methods are very few and the therapeutic effects are limited in the treatment of hypertensive re- nal damage, it is of great significance to study the intervention of TCM and find a new target or multiple targets. At present, re- searches on the specific mechanism of TCM in the protection for hypertensive renal damage are not deep enough, which fail to ap- ply the systematic pharmacological methods, combine the target of the disease with the targets of Chinese medicine and its herbal compound, screen in a standardized manner and conduct experimental verification. With the flourishing development of genom- ics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabalomics and variation group, a large number of high throughput data resources and corre- sponding analytical techniques appear so that the target can be identified. Therefore, it is necessary, to make a further transforma- tion of thinking to study the molecular mechanism.
