摘要
为了研究贵州地方水稻高蛋白材料在其杂交后代中蛋白质含量的遗传规律,试验选用惠水金包银和兴义红冬谷2份高蛋白材料作为杂交亲本,与生产上应用的水稻材料进行杂交,构建了一个包括195个个体的遗传群体,对F2群体的每个个体都进行了稻谷和糙米蛋白质含量的测定,之后对F3和F4的一些小群体进行了蛋白质含量的跟踪测定。结果表明,其杂交后代没有出现超亲优势,大部分后代材料的蛋白质含量都表现为介于2个亲本之间;其直链淀粉与蛋白质含量之间没有明显的相关关系。
To explore the heritability of hybrids rice of the high protein content material in Guizhou local, the test selected "Huishui Jinbaoyin" and "Xingyi Hongdonggn" as a hybrid parents of high protein material, and hybridization with the application materials in production, and constructed a genetic group contented 195 individuals. Each individual F2 was tested for the protein content of rice and brown rice, and tested some small groups of F3 and F4. The result showed that the hybrids was no heterobeltiosis, the protein content of most of the descendants was between two parents, and no significant correlation between protein content and amylose.
