摘要
目的:研究异甜菊醇钠在大鼠小肠各肠段的吸收特征。方法:采用大鼠体外小肠外翻肠囊模型,利用超高效合相色谱(UPC2)法检测异甜菊醇钠,计算异甜菊醇钠的累积吸收量。结果:异甜菊醇钠在体外实验中各个肠段,十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠均有吸收,统计学分析无明显差异。结论:该方法可以应用于异甜菊醇钠肠吸收的研究,各肠段吸收累积量无差异。
Objective:To study the absorption characteristics of isosteviol sodium through different intestinal segments of rats. Methods:The amount of absorption of isosteviol sodium through four intestinal segments in vitro with respect to time was detected by using the rat isolated everted gut sacs model and UPC2. Results:Isosteviol sodium could be absorbed by duodenum, jejunum, ileum, and colon in amounts without statistically significant difference. Conclusion:The rat isolated everted gut sacs model can be used to study the intestinal absorption of isosteviol sodium. There is no significant difference between each segment of the intestine in the absorption amount.
