亚硫酸盐在食品工业中的应用由来已久,被应用的范围在逐渐扩大。在当前的应用背景下,介绍了亚硫酸盐的安全性及其在食品加工领域中的作用及应用,亚硫酸盐作为食品添加剂,在食品中的限量使用要求。
The application of sulfites in food industry has been for a long time, and the application of range is expanded gradually. Under the current historical background, this study firstly introduces the safety of sulfites on the human body, secondly analyses and application of sulfites in the field of food processing, and finally summarizes the limited amount of sulfites as food additives in China and the other countries.
